What does this privacy policy cover?
This privacy policy describes the privacy practices of Diduce's websites, blogs, discussion forums, as well as our products including our flagship product Diduce, online services, and apps that include a link to this policy (we refer to our products, online services, and apps as "applications"). This privacy policy also applies to Diduce’s product development, sales & marketing, advertising, data analytics and product improvement practices. We also provide additional privacy-related information for certain Diduce websites and applications.
What information does Diduce collect about me?
Diduce ID, registration and customer support
When you register to use a Diduce website or application, you may create a Diduce ID, or contact us for support or other offerings, Diduce collects information that identifies you. This may include your name, company name, biological data, such as age, email address, or payment information. We may also sometimes collect other information that does not identify you, such as your job title or industry. Some of this information is required and other information is optional. To help keep our databases current and to provide you the most relevant content and experiences, we may combine information from you with information from public sources and our trusted partners, in accordance with applicable law.
Information We Collect Automatically As You Access and Use the Sites
Whenever you visit or interact with the Diduce website or any application, we may use a variety of technologies that automatically or passively collect information about how the website are accessed and used. The technologies used on the Sites to collect Usage Information, including Device Identifiers, include:
Cookies. A cookie is a data file placed on a Device when it is used to visit the Sites. A Flash cookie is a data file placed on a Device via the Adobe Flash plug-in that may be built-into or downloaded by you to your Device. Cookies and Flash Cookies may be used for many purposes, including, without limitation, remembering you and your preferences and tracking your visits to our web pages. If you choose to disable cookies or Flash cookies on your Device, some features of the Sites may not function properly.
IP Addresses. An Internet Protocol address (IP address) is a numerical label assigned to each device in a computer network. Our Sites automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address.
Web Beacons. Small graphic images or other web programming code called web beacons, (also known as "1x1 GIFs" or "clear GIFs") may be included in our Sites and e-mail messages. Web beacons may be invisible to you, but any electronic image or other web programming code inserted into a web page or e-mail can act as a web beacon. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to the Sites, to monitor how users navigate the Sites, to count how many e-mails that were sent were actually opened or to determine whether content sent was actually viewed.
Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is a programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Sites, such as the links you click on. The code is temporarily downloaded onto your Device from our server or a third party service provider, is active only while you are connected to the Sites, and is deactivated or deleted thereafter.
We or our advertiser companies may collect information about how you use our websites and applications, including when you use a desktop product feature that takes you online. We may collect information that your browser or device typically sends to our servers whenever you visit a Diduce website, or when a Diduce product feature takes you online. For example, your browser or device may tell us your IP address (which may tell us generally where you are located) and the type of browser and device you used. When you visit a Diduce website or use Diduce applications or software as part of your e-mail, we may gather information such as the page that led you to our website and, if applicable, the search terms you typed into a search engine that led you to our website. Diduce may collect information about how you use our websites and applications by using cookies and similar technologies, and our servers may collect similar information when you are logged in to the website or application. Depending on the website or application, this information may be anonymous or it may be associated with you. We may use this information to improve our product or for third party advertising for companies who may engage us. We may collect information of following nature from you, note that the list below is indicative and not exhaustive
• System information, such as operating system
• Browser type and version
• Diduce feature usage information such as menu options or buttons selected
• Where you go and what you do on advertiser company's website, apps, or social media
• Your IP address, which may use to approximate your general location
• Information you may provide on that company's website or when interacting with that company within social media,
including information on order and registration forms and information tied to your profile on social media accounts
• Ad campaign success rates, such as whether you clicked on a company's ad and whether viewing or clicking on the ad
led you to purchase that company's products
We take many precautions in protecting the information that is collected and transmitted from potentially harmful access. Data we collect is only disclosed according to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. Data collected is stored or processed in India or any other country where Diduce or third-party partners operate.
The information our advertising services collect belongs to the company using our services, not to Diduce. Diduce uses this information only as allowed in a contract with the company to provide services to that company. Note that sometimes we have permission from these companies to access and share "aggregated" information collected by us with our customers, prospective customers, and partners in order to improve our products and services, to provide reports and market research, and to understand market trends. Aggregated information is anonymous and does not identify individuals. For example, we may publish reports that show which browsers or operating systems are used to access websites of the companies that use our advertising services.
Most Diduce advertising services, such as the services that help companies provide ads on news articles, are not designed to collect information that identifies you personally. However, if you either provide company information that identifies you or interact with a company's social media sites, apps or pages, we may use that information to provide you ads for that company through social media. Diduce does not use any of this information for its other advertising services.
Some companies may also buy or acquire from public sources additional non-personally identifiable information about you, such as your age and gender, and then add that additional information to the information collected by Diduce's advertising services. Companies will often do this so they can provide you with more relevant advertising. For information on how a company uses this information, refer to that company's privacy policy.
Diduce product activation and automatic updates
When you activate your Diduce product, we collect certain information about your device, the Diduce product, and your product serial number. Some of our products include features that connect to our servers and offer you the ability to install updates to the product. We may keep track of information such as whether the update was successful or not.
Diduce emails
Emails we send you may include a web beacon that tells Diduce whether you have received or opened the email, or clicked a link within the email.
Diduce online advertising
Diduce advertises online in a variety of ways, including displaying Diduce ads to you across the Internet on websites and in apps. We collect information about which ads are displayed, which ads are clicked on, and on which web page the ad was displayed.
We may reach out to you in different ways, for example, to tell you about a new version of an application you’ve purchased, to show you how to use a particular feature we think you may enjoy, or to tell you about a new application. However we shall approach you only with Your explicit permission.
Diduce email, telephone, and postal mail marketing
If you agree to receive email, telephone, or postal mail marketing from us, we try to make it useful for you, based on your likely interests. If you are a business customer and agreed to receive Diduce marketing communications, we may share your information with our resellers and other sales partners. Note that we do not share personal information about consumers with third parties for their own marketing purposes unless the consumer agreed to that sharing. You are free to unsubscribe to any of these services at your option.
Advertising within Diduce websites and applications
When you are using a Diduce website or application, we may show you content, offers, or recommendations that are based on your likely interests.
Buttons, tools, and content from other companies
Diduce websites and applications may include buttons, tools, or content that link to other companies’ services (for example, a Facebook "Like" button). We may collect information about your use of these features. In addition, when you see or interact with these buttons, tools, or content, or view a web page containing them, some information from your browser may automatically be sent to the other company. Diduce social networking pages and social sign-on services
Diduce has its own pages on many social networking sites. You may also be able to sign in to a Diduce website or application using a social networking account, such as a Facebook account. We may collect information when you interact with our social networking pages or use these sign-on features.
How does Diduce use the information it collects about me?
Diduce uses the information we collect about you in a number of ways, such as:
• Providing you with the Diduce websites and applications including third party advertising,
data analytics as well as any services, support, or information you have requested
• Better understanding on how our websites and applications are being used so that we can improve them
• Diagnosing problems in our websites and applications

What information is collected when companies use online services hosted by Diduce?
Diduce may offer “hosted services” to many companies. This means that data is gathered and stored on our computers for use by other companies. In these situations, your relationship is typically only with that company.
How Does Diduce share my personal information?
Diduce works with companies that help us run our business. These companies provide services such as delivering customer support, processing credit card payments, and sending emails on our behalf. In some cases, these companies have access to some of your personal information in order to provide services to you on our behalf. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Diduce may also share your personal information:
• When you agreed to the sharing.
• Within the Diduce family of companies for purposes described in this privacy policy.
• With our resellers and other sales partners if you are a business customer and agreed to receive Diduce marketing communications.
Note that we do not share personal information about consumers with third parties for their own marketing purposes

of our assets are acquired by another company. In those cases your information will likely be one of the assets that is transferred.
We may share or publish aggregate information that doesn’t specifically identify you, such as statistical information about visitors to our websites or statistical information about how customers use our applications and hosted services.
Is my personal information displayed anywhere on Diduce’s websites or applications?
There may be places on Diduce’s websites and applications that allow you to post comments, upload pictures, or submit content for others to see. Sometimes you might be able to limit who can see what you share, but there are some places where what you share can be seen by the general public or other members of the website or application. Please be careful when you share your personal information. Do not share anything you wouldn’t want publicly known unless you are sure you are posting it within a website or application that allows you to control who sees what you post. Please note that when you post messages on certain user forums on our websites and applications, your email address or name may be included and displayed with your message.
To remove content you have shared on our websites and applications, please use the same website or application feature you used to share the content. If another user invites you to participate in shared viewing, editing, or commenting of content, you may be able to delete your contributions, but usually the user that invited you has full control.
Is my personal information secure?
We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective and Diduce cannot warrant the security of your personal information.
Where does Diduce store my personal information?
Your personal information and data files are stored on Diduce’s servers and the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us. Your personal information may be transferred across national borders because we have servers located worldwide and the companies we hire to help us run our business are located in different countries around the world. However with respect to Microsoft Outlook the User Data is not stored by Us but is only stored locally on the machine of the user.
How can I review, update, or delete my personal information?
If you want to delete your Diduce ID account, please email your request to [email protected]. Note that we need to retain certain records for legal or internal business reasons and that some of your information may remain on backup systems, in compliance with applicable law.
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the websites and applications you are eligible to use with your Diduce ID, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations or enforce our agreements.
Will Diduce market to me?
Diduce and companies we hire to help us market our websites and applications on our behalf may use your information to provide you with information and offers related to Diduce only if you have expressly sign up to receive such services.
Will this privacy policy change?
If we change or update this privacy policy to allow Diduce to use or share your previously collected personal information in a materially different way, then the links to the policy on our websites and online services (which are generally found in the footer of the website or online service) will indicate that the policy has been changed or updated before the change or update become effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
